KIRK RD. KRUSHER 10K / MCLEAN MILE & 5K
Do you enjoy running in charitable events that benefit the local community? Do you like a challenging road race? Or do you like an easy stroll? If you've said yes to any one of these, then our event is one you need to do! Please join us for the Kirk Rd Krusher 10K and McLean Mile and 5K hosted by Run Oregon, an event for the entire family! This road race is a FUN run/walk designed to create an environment that promotes physical fitness. A portion of the proceeds generated from this event will be donated directly to the Weston Food Pantry, the named beneficiary for this inaugural fun run. This event will be manually timed, our primary goal is to create a fun experience for runners/walkers and raise funds for the local food pantry.
The Weston Food Pantry is open for anyone who is food insecure twice each month. The Weston Food Pantry helps anyone who comes to the pantry and says that they need food, in December they served 100 families who needed food! The Weston Food Pantry doesn't care where people live, no one gets turned away. Typical food includes fruit, vegetables, canned food, dried food, bread, milk, eggs, cheese, butter and a variety of meats.
This 10K is a challenging course consisting of an out and back from the Weston Food Pantry up Kirk Rd. The turnaround is located just after mile . This race has approximately 720 ft gain.
This 5K is a relatively flat course consisting of an out and back from the Weston Food Pantry out McLean Rd. This race has approximately 200 ft gain.
This one-miler is an easy one miler consisting of an out and back that departs from the Weston Food Pantry toward McLean Rd. This race has approximately 59 ft gain.

2026 details: this event will be held on Saturday, April 18th in Weston, Oregon! The event features a 10K, 5K, and mile distance + a virtual option for those unable to attend in person.
